Purchases

Bought Scribba on another iPad with the same Apple Account? Open Settings › Unlock Scribba and tap Restore Purchases.

To change or cancel Scribba Annual, go to the iPad's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Back up: Settings › Backups › Save a Backup makes a zip of your whole library. Auto Backup saves one each day to a folder you choose in Files.
Restore: Settings › Backups › Restore a Backup opens a backup zip.
Sync: turn on Settings › iCloud to see your notebooks on your other iPads.
Deleted something? Look in Recently Deleted in the library sidebar.

No Apple Pencil? Turn on Settings › Draw with Finger.
Recording stops? Check that Scribba is allowed to use the microphone in the iPad's Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone.
No key points? They use Apple Intelligence, which needs a supported iPad with Apple Intelligence turned on. Settings › Apple Intelligence in Scribba turns them on and off.

Scribba is in English and Spanish. It follows your iPad's language, or choose one in Settings › Language.

Scribba collects no data, so the only way I hear about a problem is from you. Read the privacy policy.
